Working Student, Chat Support

• Advise customers on pet insurance via WhatsApp and live chat
• Answer questions about insurance plans
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously and ensure prompt responses
• Manage customer data, inquiries, and deals in HubSpot
• Support prospects and customers in a friendly and reliable manner
• No cold calling; engage with people who have already expressed interest in pet insurance

• Own a pet (dog, cat, horse, etc.)
• Typing speed of at least 80 words per minute
• Friendly and empathetic communication in chat
• Openness to digital tools and processes
• Willingness to quickly learn HubSpot and similar tools
• Reliability and availability for scheduled evenings and 7 hours every Saturday
• Currently enrolled as a student
• At least 1.5 years remaining in your studies
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday evenings between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., as well as 7 hours every Saturday
• 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days
