Customer Success Manager, EMEA, APAC

• Partner with Implementation Specialists to ensure smooth onboarding
• Monitor account health and proactively prevent churn
• Drive contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews and joint success plans
• Guide clients on procurement best practices, workflow redesign, and adoption of new modules and integrations
• Train key stakeholders, primary contacts, and power users
• Gather product feedback for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Drive client advocacy through case studies and referrals
• Lead webinars and roundtables
• Maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy
• Optimize internal Customer Success Manager processes
• Help EMEA and APAC B2B accounts achieve business goals using Precoro
• Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, portfolio expansion, and customer advocacy

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience managing long-term customer partnerships over years rather than short-term project-based work
• Fluent English (C1+, written and verbal)
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to engage in smooth, confident small talk
• Understanding that Customer Success is a revenue driver rather than technical support
• Comfortable discussing pricing, contract renewals, and upsells
• High curiosity, proactivity, personal accountability, and strong time management skills
• Ability to handle uncomfortable customer discussions
• Ability to navigate complex accounts and find creative solutions
