Group Product Manager

• Decide what to open to AI agents first, what stays in the Lodgify app, and how it fits the host journey
• Spend time with hosts and host builders to shape the roadmap
• Define initial agent-powered use cases and quality standards with engineering and design
• Build a marketplace where hosts create, share, and use skills, with appropriate trust and governance
• Shape pricing and packaging with Product Marketing
• Lead, hire, and grow a team of product managers
• Develop product managers as strong PMs and confident AI builders
• Shape how Product works with AI across Lodgify, including prototyping, evaluations, and product/AI engineering collaboration
• Deliver strategy, establish the team, and roll out the first use case within 3 months
• Launch the first use case in beta, put Lodgify skills across the host journey, pilot with host builders, and establish product/AI engineering collaboration within 6 months
• Grow agent-based host usage, launch an open marketplace and business model, and drive adoption of AI practices across Product within 12 months

• Proven experience taking an AI product from 0 to 100, ideally built on MCP or similar agent tool connectivity
• Hands-on experience writing evals and building skills that power agents, and measuring quality over time
• Experience coaching PMs into AI product work
• Experience building a platform, API or ecosystem that others build on
• Experience managing and growing product managers, including helping them build AI skills
• Track record of setting up new ways of working adopted by teams beyond your own
