Business Systems Analyst, Anaplan

• Design and deliver robust, implementable Anaplan solutions
• Contribute to projects implementing new functionality and enhancing existing Anaplan solutions
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions
• Work directly with business users to gather comprehensive user stories and design and build solutions
• Promote alignment with Anaplan model-building and application lifecycle management standards
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement and automate inbound and outbound data interfaces
• Manage assigned project work and support successful implementation, business adoption, and ongoing value realization
• Work closely with Business and IT teams to design, develop, implement, and support the Anaplan planning platform
• Partner with IT and business colleagues to decide what needs to be built, establish timelines, and prioritize efforts

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject area
• Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 certification required
• Certified Master Anaplanner (CMA) and/or Certified Anaplan Solution Architect Professional credentials preferred
• Relevant hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise performance management or demand planning solutions
• Demonstrated experience applying The Anaplan Way throughout the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, model development, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, documentation, and project closure
• Demonstrable experience translating complex business requirements into scalable, enterprise-level Anaplan solutions
• Supply Chain planning experience preferred
• Deep understanding of Anaplan model architecture, formulas, and business logic
• Strong knowledge of model-to-model integrations and Connected Planning
• 5 or more years of experience in a role supporting planning, building solutions, or consulting
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO), Workflow, CoModeler and Optimizer
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous skill development and learning
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Semiconductor or high-tech industry demand and supply chain planning knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP BW, or other planning tools is a plus
