Field Service Technician

• Carry out scheduled service visits in the Tyrol and Vorarlberg regions as assigned by the dispatch team
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions
• Commission, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps
• Document service activities using the company’s IT system
• Participate in the on-call service outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month
• Provide on-site customer support and advice
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems throughout the region

• Completed technical education or apprenticeship (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or similar
• Professional experience in customer service, such as heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical field
• Good command of German, both written and spoken
• Basic IT skills
• Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
