Implementation Consultant – Fluent Italian

• Connect client needs with the capabilities of SoftExpert Suite
• Deliver solutions according to client needs through the use of the platform
• Guide clients through their initial steps toward successful use of SoftExpert Suite
• Remove potential obstacles and facilitate system implementation
• Embed solution usage across the organization, maximizing the value of the software
• Apply industry best practices to the client’s context
• Understand the client’s business rules
• Configure SoftExpert Suite smoothly, efficiently, and effectively
• Provide on-site support to clients in the consultant’s city of residence and nearby regions, when necessary

• Completed or ongoing higher education in a technology-related field
• Experience implementing software and/or ERP systems
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, among others)
• Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP)
• Knowledge of web service integrations (SOAP, UI, REST)
• Knowledge of business process mapping and automation (BPM)
• Fluent or native Italian is required
• Must reside in Brazil
• Advanced or fluent English and/or Spanish is a plus
• Extension courses in project management or related areas are a plus
• Knowledge of SoftExpert portfolio products or competing solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of quality management is a plus
