Senior Fullstack Developer – CRM

• Join the Technology team as a Senior Fullstack Developer
• Develop and enhance consumer segmentation and history features
• Create and improve loyalty programs such as cashback and coupons
• Integrate digital communication channels for restaurant marketing initiatives
• Build and enrich consumer profiles to personalize offers and communications
• Analyze purchasing behavior data to inform new features
• Build and evolve a product used daily by thousands of restaurants across Brazil
• Apply testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting as part of daily practices
• Participate in technical and architectural decisions
• Own delivery through to production, monitoring deployments and system behavior after release
• Collaborate with product, design, and other technology teams in short development cycles
• Work in an environment of scale and continuous change, taking volume, reliability, and business-critical operations into account

• Backend: PHP with Symfony, GraphQL, and Node.js, with PostgreSQL as the primary relational database and Redis used in parts of the stack
• Frontend: Angular and React
• Cloud: AWS, with extensive use of SQS, Lambda, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB
• Containers: Docker
• Version control: Git
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Experience developing CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing features for production environments
• Experience integrating digital communication channels at scale
• Experience working with consumer-facing products
• Ability to interpret behavioral data and translate it into product decisions
• Nice to have: experience with loyalty programs such as cashback or coupons
• Nice to have: experience integrating the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API, COEX), email marketing, or push notifications
• Nice to have: experience with consumer base segmentation
• Nice to have: knowledge of retention and repeat-purchase metrics
