Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects
• Analyze HR requirements and propose functional solutions
• Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) module
• Support data migration, integrations, and system testing
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications
• Provide functional support during go-live and post-go-live

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Activate
• SAP CPI/API integrations
• LMS configuration and customization
• SIT/UAT testing
• Fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with end-to-end projects
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Integration experience; SAP CPI/APIs is a plus
