Customer Retention Representative

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to hundreds of existing customers daily by phone
• Use targeted text follow-ups to maximize customer re-engagement
• Identify target customers through data analysis and critical thinking
• Prioritize outreach based on transaction history, inactivity, and revenue potential
• Engage inactive customers in consultative conversations about returning to the cryptocurrency kiosk platform
• Educate customers on products, value-added services, and customer benefits
• Handle objections, competing offers, and customer concerns
• Use discount codes, promotions, and incentive programs to drive re-engagement
• Identify trends and revenue opportunities within the existing customer base
• Help increase average revenue per customer over time
• Maintain accurate activity logs and customer interaction records in CRM tools
• Complete a short two-minute video question as part of the screening process

• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through consultative, relationship-based selling
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Proven track record managing diverse customer relationships and meeting or exceeding revenue or retention goals
• Ability to explain cryptocurrency and blockchain topics in simple terms
• Experience handling objections and competing offers
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
• Comfort and proficiency using AI tools is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or crypto kiosks is a bonus
• Passion for fintech, digital currency, and financial technology is a bonus
