Senior Support Analyst – Middleware, Spanish Bilingual

• Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, including VMware environments, with authentication and access management on Windows Server and Linux
• Technically manage MuleSoft integration platforms and WebSphere Application Servers (WAS)
• Support the technical management of operational teams and projects related to SAP Basis
• Manage Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Progress databases, ensuring availability, performance, and stability
• Supervise Networking teams, including Cisco and Fortinet technologies, firewalls, and perimeter security resources
• Oversee technology upgrade projects, equipment replacement, and structured cabling implementation
• Administer monitoring, update distribution, and patching tools
• Provide technical support to other departments for hardware and software configuration
• Ensure the technical management of AWS, Azure, Windows Server, and Office 365 environments
• Ensure the availability and operation of the VDI platform using VMware Horizon
• Manage automated update and patch distribution tools, including SCCM, WSUS, and Tanium
• Define and analyze computing resources, considering storage, processing, memory, network interfaces, and running processes
• Ensure the continuous enforcement of information security policies and monitor compliance
• Establish, monitor, and ensure alert management and incident response procedures on a 24/7 basis
• Monitor the performance of infrastructure components
• Coordinate the Disaster Recovery Plan
• Manage and control physical and logical backup routines, including Veritas with tape storage and Veeam for cloud environments

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• Advanced or fluent Spanish, with the ability to communicate in a professional environment
• Experience in IT infrastructure and administration of physical and virtual servers (VMware), Windows Server, and Linux
• Knowledge of MuleSoft integration platforms and WebSphere Application Servers (WAS)
• Experience with SAP Basis environments and administration of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Progress databases
• Knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet networks, firewalls, and perimeter security
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments, Office 365, and desktop virtualization (VMware Horizon)
• Knowledge of update and patch distribution tools such as SCCM, WSUS, and Tanium
• Experience with monitoring tools, backup management, and disaster recovery
• Knowledge of information security, compliance, and critical incident management
