Power Platform Solution Architect

• Design end-to-end solution architectures using Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and integrated systems
• Define technical architecture and solution designs based on business and technical requirements
• Establish architecture patterns and best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations
• Design and oversee integrations between Power Platform and external systems using APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and other integration technologies
• Define and maintain security architecture, including roles, permissions, access control, and data security
• Develop Power Platform environment strategies, including environment structure, governance, configuration, and separation between development, testing, and production
• Define and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies across Power Platform environments
• Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes to support reliable application delivery and deployment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Power Platform developers
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementations for alignment with architectural standards
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and improvement opportunities
• Support developers in solving complex technical and integration challenges
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and other architects throughout the solution lifecycle
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, diagrams, and design decisions
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies and recommend appropriate solutions

• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or a closely related technical role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions
• Strong expertise in Dataverse and Power Platform architecture
• Strong understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures
• Strong experience designing and implementing system integrations, APIs, and custom connectors
• Strong understanding of security architecture, identity, authentication, authorization, and data access
• Experience defining Power Platform environment strategies and governance approaches
• Strong knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and deployment strategies for Power Platform
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to developers
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints and recommend pragmatic solutions
• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification is nice to have
• Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) is nice to have
• Experience with React or modern frontend technologies is nice to have
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Customer Service is nice to have
• Experience with Azure integration services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, or similar is nice to have
• Experience establishing Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices is nice to have
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is nice to have
