Field Service Technician

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing service-oriented telephone and on-site advice to customers from heating companies
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participating in on-call duty to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible
• Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) systems, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
• Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification; Category 2 certification is an advantage
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
