Junior Relationship Analyst

• Provide digital and telephone support to Unicred members, understanding their needs and resolving them with speed and efficiency
• Comply with the security standards, policies, and procedures of the Unicred System
• Assist members through technical support, answering questions and providing appropriate solutions
• Guide members on the features and functionality of applications
• Handle complaints with empathy, striving to ensure member retention and loyalty
• Communicate the Cooperative’s values and present the benefits and features of its products and services
• Report improvement opportunities and document operational issues, bugs, comments, and suggestions
• Communicate new business opportunities to the Relationship Managers of affiliated cooperatives
• Support team leaders with administrative activities within the department

• Completed or ongoing higher education
• Curiosity and initiative in seeking knowledge
