• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement yield management and dynamic pricing
• Manage bookings and guest relations
• Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties
• Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties
• Manage operations through the ALB platform
• Recruit and mentor City Managers, if desired

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
