• Strong experience in software development
• Experience as a Tech Lead or technical subject-matter expert
• Hands-on profile with the ability to work directly on code
• Knowledge of application architecture, integrations, and APIs
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Experience working across different contexts and technology stacks
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and engineering best practices
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and software quality
• Ability to assess risks, complexity, and technical feasibility
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills for interacting with teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact
• Analytical, collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach
