Project Manager

• Manage medium- to large-scale IT implementations involving TMS/MES in the DACH region and internationally
• Lead cross-functional teams of software developers, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Manage requirement analysis, system configuration, integration testing, and go-live phases
• Coordinate with customer-side Operations, IT, and Engineering stakeholders
• Apply project management best practices using Jira
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations

• University degree (Bachelor’s/Master) in Business, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT project management
• Ideally, experience in software implementation for industrial applications
• Understanding of TMS/MES systems and their role in operational processes is a plus
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas or related process industries such as chemicals or energy
• In-depth and proven knowledge and experience managing various project phases
• Experience with Jira or comparable tools is a plus
• Native-level proficiency in German
• Willingness to travel for client meetings approximately 10–20%
