Senior Quest Designer

• Create detailed storylines
• Design and implement quests using Unreal Engine 5
• Plan assets required for quest creation
• Cooperate with other departments
• Integrate gameplay elements, locations, characters, dialogue, and other delivered assets into seamless, engaging experiences
• Maintain the highest possible quest quality and fix reported bugs
• Create and maintain design documentation
• Craft and implement original stories within The Witcher and Cyberpunk worlds
• Engage the global player community and create memorable player experiences
• Mentor other designers and provide feedback

• At least 6 years of experience working in a Quest or Mission Design position
• At least 1 AAA shipped title with strong narrative design elements
• High creativity and exceptional narrative proficiency
• Proven high proficiency with writing scenarios, screenplays, or short stories
• Very high proficiency with visual scripting tools
• Experience with game editors and game design tools
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to design in-game features and tools for efficient implementation
• Ability to receive and apply feedback in a highly iterative environment
• Proven ability to work effectively across teams involved in a game development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Experience mentoring other designers and delivering accurate feedback
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Passion for playing games, especially cRPGs or pen-and-paper role-playing systems
• Fluent English
• Portfolio or examples of completed projects required for Quest Design positions
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints preferred
• Credited narrative work for movies, plays, or books preferred
• Knowledge of Andrzej Sapkowski's Witcher universe preferred
• Familiarity with the fantasy genre in games, movies, and literature preferred
