Senior OT Penetration Tester

• Conduct sophisticated penetration tests in OT environments (ICS, SCADA, PLCs), focusing on realistic attack paths
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities across IT/OT boundaries, including remote access and segmentation weaknesses
• Simulate real-world attack scenarios such as ransomware attacks and lateral movement in production environments
• Perform detailed technical analyses of industrial protocols and systems
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects while supporting and mentoring other team members
• Assess IT components when they form part of the attack surface
• Identify real-world vulnerabilities to strengthen the resilience of industrial environments
• Collaborate with customers in critical-infrastructure and industrial environments

• Demonstrable experience in OT and/or IT penetration testing in industrial environments
• In-depth understanding of ICS systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS) and industrial networks
• Excellent networking knowledge and experience with Active Directory in converged IT/OT environments
• Experience with offensive security tools and the ability to go beyond standard tools when required
• Ability to translate technical findings into concrete operational and security impacts
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
