Business Analyst

• Operate independently and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects
• Combine frontline support responsibilities with project management and diagnostic troubleshooting tasks
• Perform scrum master activities, managing, tracking, and owning necessary agile ceremonies
• Think through challenges critically and use AI tools to resolve issues independently
• Present findings and troubleshooting guidance to varied audiences
• Plan, track, and coordinate project activities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and support business and technical problems

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst
• Proven client-facing experience and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience working in the financial services sector, preferably capital markets and/or private equity
• Solid foundation in core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and UAT
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and provide quick, actionable guidance
• Project-management oriented mindset with experience in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel use for analysis and reporting
• Intermediate SQL competency, including joins, aggregations, window functions, and dataset transformation
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and similar BA/support tools
• Ability to manage and escalate issues effectively
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
• Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
• Advanced oral English
• Advanced Spanish
