Senior Software Engineer

• Join the Connectors Engineering team and enhance the Vonage Connectors Collection
• Contribute to new feature development and production improvements
• Focus on quality, fault tolerance, and performance
• Develop frontend and backend solutions
• Enhance connectors and services across multiple platforms
• Work on greenfield and existing projects and explore new technologies
• Collaborate with team members, the product manager, and other teams to deliver products
• Gain hands-on experience with real-time communications and event-driven systems

• TypeScript (NestJS, ExpressJS) coding skills and willingness to learn other languages and environments
• Strong AI-driven software development experience; ability to use AI agents effectively and efficiently to create, implement, and deliver tasks
• Strong knowledge of architecture design
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and platforms
• Effective remote collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working in low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems
• Java, Python, and Go experience considered a plus
• Redis, Postgres, Kafka, and ClickHouse experience considered a plus
