Claims Analyst I – Claims

• Open and register claims files, ensuring that information is accurately recorded in internal and insurer systems
• Conduct preliminary coverage analyses by reviewing the contractual and documentary conditions applicable to each case
• Request, organize, and verify the documentation required to fully process claims files
• Prepare tracking reports and status updates for clients and internal teams
• Support Claims Analysts II and III with causal analysis and the assessment of claimed amounts
• Monitor the work of adjusters and external service providers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Serve as the operational point of contact for insurers, handling inquiries and submitting supplementary information
• Meet established deadlines and contribute to the achievement of performance indicators (SLA, quality, and productivity)
• Support the implementation of operational improvements and best practices within the Claims department

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
• Technical or short-term courses in insurance fundamentals and claims adjusting will be considered an advantage
• Experience at insurance brokerages, insurance companies, or service providers related to the insurance market
• Experience with administrative routines, customer service, or technical support in insurance
• Previous experience handling low-complexity claims is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Liability and Financial Lines insurance contracts and policies
• Ability to interpret contractual documents and technical reports
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Familiarity with consultative customer service and relationships with insurers and clients
• Knowledge of claims management systems (internal and external) will be considered an advantage
• Basic English proficiency preferred
