Finance Accountant Intern

• Support daily accounting operations and consumer claims processes
• Assist with finance and accounting activities performed within the EU region
• Follow standardized processes and support operational excellence initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects
• Help identify opportunities for digitalization and increased efficiency in finance operations

• Bachelor's degree (or second or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Interest in finance, accounting, and shared service environments
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Internship or first experience in finance/accounting
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, RPA, or financial digitalization tools
• Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, etc.)
