Senior Business Analyst

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Lead requirements-gathering and refinement sessions
• Prepare functional documentation, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Conduct process and impact analyses and identify improvement opportunities
• Support backlog management and prioritization
• Collaborate with development, testing, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support UAT activities and validate implemented solutions
• Contribute to strategic technology and digital transformation initiatives
• Work on technology projects in an international environment, collaborating with global teams and contributing to the evolution of critical platforms in the Financial Services sector

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for communication in an international environment
• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex corporate environments
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Analysis
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills across business and technology teams
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience supporting initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with UAT and solution validation
• Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Management, or Banking
• Knowledge of SQL and Data Analysis
• Experience with BPMN
• Experience with Systems Integration and API Integration initiatives
• Experience with Business Process Improvement
• Certifications related to Business Analysis or Agile
