Technical Solution Engineer

• Provide technical assistance to the Arrow ECS product team in promoting supported market solutions
• Support business partners in selecting solutions appropriate for end customers’ needs through email, phone, remote meetings, and customer-site meetings
• Promote product and technology knowledge among business partners and end customers through webinars, workshops, or conferences
• Provide technical support during proof-of-concept testing and solution implementations at end customers
• Continuously expand knowledge of offered solutions and technologies
• Participate in technical training and certification
• Cooperate with technical engineers from solution vendors

• Higher technical education, preferably in IT-related fields
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies (AI technologies)
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• Communicative knowledge of English enabling the understanding of technical documentation, participation in training, and ongoing communication with international vendors
• Knowledge and experience confirmed by certification in one of the solutions from the IBM Software portfolio (Watsonx, Maximo, Cognos, Instana, Turbonomic) will be an additional advantage
• Category B driving licence
