Data Compliance Consultant

• Support clients through all stages of their compliance programs, from audits to the definition of remediation plans
• Deploy processes and tools that contribute to organizational compliance
• Conduct compliance audits and impact assessments
• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications for information systems
• Draft functional and technical specifications tailored to business and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the interface between legal, compliance, business, and IT departments
• Lead implementation projects, including the implementation and configuration of AML/CFT tools, the creation of GDPR processing activity records, data purging, archiving and anonymization projects, and the establishment of BCBS 239 indicators
• Facilitate design workshops
• Train and raise teams’ awareness of regulatory issues and data compliance

• Strong knowledge of and experience participating in compliance projects involving GDPR, AML/CFT, KYC, BCBS 239, Sapin II, and related regulations
• Ability to integrate complex legal, functional, and technical issues
• Ability to analyze risks and formulate relevant recommendations
• Proficiency in audit techniques and methodologies
• Proficiency in risk and impact assessments
• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings
• Ability to train colleagues on complex topics
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong commitment to continuous learning
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
