Programme Manager

• Plan, run, and deliver one or more software projects or programmes of related projects on scope, schedule, and budget
• Define delivery methodology, including Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
• Track budget, resource utilisation, profitability, and forecasts
• Identify risks, escalate issues with mitigation plans, and maintain quality, security, and compliance standards for regulated clients
• Advise C-level and senior client executives, especially in banking and fintech
• Run steering committees and executive reviews
• Report progress, risks, and decisions clearly in English
• Manage expectations, change requests, and commercial discussions with Sales and Account Management
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, QA, business analysts, and designers across onshore and offshore locations
• Coach team members, resolve conflicts, and maintain delivery quality and morale
• Support resource planning, hiring, and onboarding with Talent Acquisition and Delivery leadership
• Capture lessons learned and share delivery best practices
• Introduce tools and AI-assisted practices to improve estimation, reporting, and delivery speed

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or closely related role, such as Programme Manager or Delivery Manager
• English communication at B2 level or higher, written and spoken
• Experience working directly with C-level executives
• Experience in banking or fintech
• Track record delivering software, digital banking, payments, lending, or core-system modernisation projects
• Experience managing programmes with several parallel projects or vendors
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification
• Familiarity with financial regulation and security standards, such as State Bank of Vietnam requirements, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001
• Experience with offshore or distributed delivery models
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
