Senior Integration Developer – Java, Spring Boot

• Design and develop enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services and Java Spring Boot
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and configure APIs using Azure API Management (APIM)
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns
• Develop messaging and event-driven integrations using Azure Service Bus, queues, topics, and subscriptions
• Implement integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, databases, external partners, and Microsoft Azure services
• Implement message transformation, validation, routing, and orchestration, along with exception handling and retry mechanisms
• Develop reusable integration components and services aligned with enterprise standards
• Implement API authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Managed Identities
• Secure credentials, secrets, certificates, and connection information using Azure Key Vault
• Implement logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, correlation IDs, and operational telemetry
• Develop unit tests, automated API tests, and integration tests
• Collaborate with the Integration Lead, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and external vendors
• Deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and reusable integrations for a modernization program in the Energy sector

• Advanced/fluent English – mandatory (assessed during the interview)
• More than 8 years of experience in software development and enterprise integration
• Strong hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM)
• Experience with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, subscriptions, and message processing
• Strong understanding of synchronous, asynchronous, messaging, and event-driven integration patterns
• Experience with JSON, REST, HTTP/HTTPS, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security
• Experience implementing exception handling, retry mechanisms, dead-letter processing, logging, and monitoring
• Experience with additional Azure Integration Services, such as Logic Apps, Event Grid, Event Hubs, and Azure Functions (preferred)
• Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise platforms, including CRM, billing, payments, pricing, forecasting, and data platforms (preferred)
• Experience with Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and Microsoft Entra ID (preferred)
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics (preferred)
• Experience with Oracle and SQL databases, as well as database integrations (preferred)
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities or Retail Energy sectors (preferred)
• Knowledge of customer information systems, billing, pricing, forecasting, payments, and energy market systems (preferred)
