Oracle Database Administrator – 100% Remote

• Administer, maintain and support Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c and above) in on-premises and/or cloud environments
• Monitor databases proactively, ensuring high availability, performance and stability
• Analyse performance and carry out SQL and PL/SQL tuning using AWR, ASH, ADDM, statistics and execution plans
• Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies using RMAN, including regular restore tests and Disaster Recovery plans
• Administer and troubleshoot Oracle RAC environments
• Manage ASM (Automatic Storage Management)
• Configure and maintain Oracle Data Guard, including physical/logical standby, switchover and failover
• Plan and execute data migrations and version upgrades
• Support development teams in optimising SQL and PL/SQL code
• Apply security best practices, including user, role and privilege management
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Support production environments, including handling critical incidents

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Oracle DBA
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Performance & Tuning
• Strong knowledge of RMAN (backups and restores)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC
• Strong knowledge of ASM
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Data Guard
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in data migration
• Experience in mission-critical, high-availability environments
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems
• Experience with automation scripting (Shell, SQL*Plus, etc.)
• English level B2 or higher
