Privilege Access Management Consultant

• Support client engagements and implement PAM solutions suited to client needs
• Work with clients to understand requirements and configure solutions
• Develop, configure, and implement PAM solution sets
• Perform QA over controls and configuration reviews involving SAP and non-SAP systems
• Advise clients on controls relating to regulatory or legislative compliance, including SOX, GDPR, and PSD2
• Review and advise on security design and remediation projects
• Collaborate with the IAM/PAM team to develop internal tools, innovative propositions, and R&D projects
• Deliver projects across advisory, assurance, managed services, and system implementation categories

• At least 3 years of practical/professional experience delivering solutions in the Identity & Access Management domain
• 2+ years of experience delivering PAM technologies
• Experience delivering and working with major PAM vendors
• Project management/delivery experience
• Understanding of business processes and enterprise risks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of risk and control principles and IAM/PAM processes, including JML, PAM, Access Request, Access Review, Adaptive Risk, RBAC, SSO, and MFA
• Ability to deliver PAM solutions across the SDLC: Analyse, Design, Develop/Configure, Test, Deploy, and Document
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and their application to PAM
• Education in Business, IT, IT security, or a related field
• Experience with Delinea, BeyondTrust, and/or CyberArk
• Knowledge of integrations with SAP, HYPR, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure, or Workday is advantageous
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or ITIL are advantageous
• Product certifications from Delinea, BeyondTrust, or CyberArk are advantageous
• Experience in professional services consulting, ideally Big Four or similar, is advantageous
• Experience with XML, JavaScript, Bean Shell, or other programming languages is advantageous
• Understanding of LDAP, FIDO, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory, Linux, SQL/JDBC databases, networking, high availability, fault tolerance, and virtualization technology is advantageous
