Bilingual Collections Specialist – English, Spanish

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally and efficiently
• Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts and work toward appropriate resolutions
• Negotiate payment arrangements according to established guidelines
• Handle objections, resistance, and difficult customer conversations professionally
• Maintain consistent and appropriate customer follow-up
• Document account interactions, payment arrangements, and updates accurately
• Follow applicable collections policies and compliance requirements
• Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive account information
• Work toward individual and team collections performance targets
• Deliver a professional customer experience while working toward account resolution

• At least 1 year of BPO, contact center, or professional collections experience
• Experience handling inbound and outbound collections calls
• Experience handling delinquent or past-due accounts
• Experience negotiating payment arrangements or resolving outstanding balances
• Knowledge of FDCPA and U.S. collections compliance requirements
• Fluent English communication skills
• Fluent Spanish communication skills
• Experience working toward individual or team collections KPIs
• Must be permanently located in Mexico or Colombia
• Must have the required equipment and internet connection for reliable remote work
• Windows 11 PC; Mac not supported
