Field Service Technician I

• Perform preventive maintenance on wind turbines, including torque checks, lubrication, filter replacement, cleaning, level checks, and sensor calibration.
• Perform corrective maintenance by replacing electronic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components and calibrating the pitch system.
• Conduct internal and external inspections of wind turbine components.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with service, schedule, performance, and quality metrics.
• Review the effectiveness of maintenance actions and identify training needs.
• Follow and improve maintenance processes, tools, and procedures.
• Comply with customers’ internal procedures and participate in periodic training as required.
• Ensure the proper use, preservation, maintenance, and optimization of company assets, as well as the cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Comply with integrity, compliance, and EHS guidelines and standards.
• Frequently climb and descend wind turbines while performing work at heights of at least 80 meters.

• Completed technical education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Active registration with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and industrial environments.
• Class B driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Availability to live in Casa Nova, Bahia, Brazil.
• Wind turbine manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading).
