Senior Project Manager – CNS, Central/Eastern Europe

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I-IV clinical trials from start-up through closeout
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management against timeline, quality, and budget objectives
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors
• Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted relationships
• Manage project resources, identify potential gaps, and develop contingency plans
• Monitor project financial performance and contribute to assigned revenue and budget targets
• Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork across global project teams
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, client expectations, clinical research standards, and SOPs
• Drive process improvements enhancing operational efficiency and quality
• University or college degree in a life science discipline preferred, or certification in a related allied health profession, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 7 years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including demonstrated clinical project management experience; alternatively, significant healthcare supervisory experience combined with clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, cross-functional project teams
• Experience managing CNS clinical research projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, timelines, quality, resources, and cost management
• Experience developing and managing project budgets
• Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and international regulatory requirements governing clinical development programs
• Experience using project management software
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and fluent in the local office language
• Valid passport and driver's license required
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
