Senior AI Engineer

• Technically lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) on Azure AI Foundry, from discovery through production;
• Build and orchestrate AI Agents with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Copilot Studio, including multi-agent architectures;
• Develop enterprise copilots and assistants with Copilot Studio, integrating connectors, plugins, and actions with business systems;
• Design RAG architectures using Azure AI Search, embeddings, and grounding in enterprise knowledge;
• Define LLMOps standards with Azure AI Foundry and Prompt Flow, including versioning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of models and prompts;
• Ensure observability, security, and governance across solutions by applying Responsible AI practices and Azure AI Content Safety;
• Conduct technical reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers, serving as the technical reference for the discipline;
• Translate business needs into AI and copilot use cases and participate in architectural decisions.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in AI engineering or the development of AI-based solutions, including technical leadership;
• Strong proficiency in Python applied to AI solutions and API integration;
• Extensive experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs);
• Solid experience with Azure AI Foundry, including its model catalog, Prompt Flow, evaluation, and deployment capabilities;
• Experience using Copilot Studio to build enterprise copilots and agents;
• Experience developing and orchestrating AI Agents, including multi-agent architectures;
• Experience with RAG architectures, including Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, and grounding;
• Knowledge of LLMOps for industrializing AI solutions in enterprise environments;
• Strong technical communication and mentoring skills;
• English proficiency for working in a global environment (a plus);
• Microsoft AI-102 or AZ-305 certification (a plus);
