Freelance Long-Term EN – Traditional Chinese (TW) Life Science Translator

• Translate and proofread documents for clients in the Investment Banking sectors
• Create and finalize translated deliverables before submission to clients
• Translate English into Traditional Chinese (Taiwan)
• Work on LS-Clinical-Legal materials
• Collaborate with managers and Project Managers
• Include relevant Translation and MTPE experience and proposed rates in the CV

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese (Taiwan)
• Specialized in life science, clinical, or legal translation
• Acute attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
• Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines
• Asian time zone preferred
• Must sign a confidentiality agreement
• Must complete free Translation and MTPE tests
• A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, or an equivalent degree with significant translation training, from a recognized higher education institution; or
• 2 years of translation experience and a college degree; or
• 5 years of translation experience and no college degree; or
• A certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body

• Possibility to work remotely anywhere in the world
