Licensing and Localization Project Coordinator

• Liaise between Suvoda’s internal eCOA teams and instrument developers/license holders for questionnaires
• Liaise between Suvoda’s internal Technical Solutions and Design teams and 3rd party translation vendors regarding development needs and client translation requirements
• Research license, translation, and eCOA requirements including layout, formatting and appearance on devices; determine license holders and how to contact them
• Assist with development of an information gathering form for license research
• Communicate and implement translation and eCOA requirements and timelines to internal eCOA teams
• Manage and update the internal reference master guide with license holder requirements
• Coordinate license holder reviews as needed
• Supply translation vendors with English .json files and screen reports
• Receive translated .json files and provide them to the Technical Solutions team for implementation
• Create screen report documents for each questionnaire using screenshot images generated by the Technical Solutions team
• Proofread screen report documents to ensure required screen content is present and correctly ordered
• Coordinate revisions to screen report documents and .json files between the Technical Solutions team and translation vendor
• Collaborate with Lead Project Managers regarding translation timelines for client communication

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• 0-2 years’ experience, pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Strong interest in language, research and desire to join the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in management of multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organization and detail orientation skills
