Director, R2R Product Design

• Shape the design and strategy of an agentic AI transformation within JLL’s finance technology organization
• Own design authority before delivery and sign off AI/integration initiatives for business value and enterprise robustness
• Support end-to-end R2R product design strategy from concept through launch and iteration
• Direct the design, modification, and evaluation of R2R solutions across the portfolio
• Partner with Product Owners and Product Support to balance current-state support with forward design work
• Build and maintain a performance framework covering design quality, process efficiency, and business value
• Present strategic roadmaps and investment cases to Finance Technology leadership and the R2R Steering Committee
• Guide design of month-end journal processing, flux commentary, and month-end close enhancements
• Identify and prioritize digitization, automation, and agentic AI opportunities
• Ensure designs support financial close, month-end reporting, revenue assurance, regional regulations, and internal controls across 60+ countries
• Research and propose GenAI use cases across R2R and validate feasibility with Engineering
• Build ROI-based business cases for GenAI and automation initiatives
• Make and defend build-vs-buy decisions regarding AI and automation tooling, vendor selection, platform integration, and total cost of ownership
• Partner with Enterprise Data & AI teams on technical feasibility and enterprise AI governance
• Apply audit and compliance principles, including SOX, to billing and revenue-related workflows
• Maintain audit- and compliance-ready design documentation and financial controls/audit trails
• Participate in monthly O2C Steering Committee and quarterly CFT Portfolio Review governance forums

• 10+ years' experience with a major ERP finance platform supporting Order-to-Cash operations, with strong preference for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• Deep functional expertise across the R2R lifecycle and experience delivering changes with tangible benefits
• Strong understanding of financial close, month-end reporting, and revenue assurance processes in a global, multi-entity environment
• Experience contributing to at least one global ERP rollout or large-scale finance transformation program
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior finance and technology stakeholders
• Proven experience scoping, validating, and deploying AI/ML or automation use cases in finance operations, with ability to provide specific examples of business value delivered
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Oracle AI DP/Apex (preferred)
• Familiarity with agentic workflow frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen (preferred)
• Experience implementing AI solutions subject to financial controls and SOX requirements, including explainability and auditability needs (preferred)
• Working knowledge of cloud-based AI/data platform capabilities and enterprise integration patterns (preferred)
• PeopleSoft or Oracle certification/accreditation (preferred)
• Change management or transformation leadership experience, particularly introducing AI/automation capabilities to finance operations teams (preferred)
