Service Delivery Manager, German Payroll

• Ensure the seamless delivery of HR and payroll services and achieve agreed service targets
• Maintain customer relationships as the primary point of contact and ensure an excellent customer experience and high-quality service delivery
• Meet contractual SLAs and monitor, report on, and analyze KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction
• Own service-related financial metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Coordinate change requests, including testing, deployments, and system adjustments within the payroll platform
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards
• Lead automation initiatives such as RPA
• Support transition activities between nearshore and offshore teams
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Collaborate with other Zalaris functions and locations to ensure integrated service delivery

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Professional experience with SAP and/or payroll
• Experience with SAP HCM, global payroll, and partner management
• Understanding of HR administration and payroll processing
• Experience in outsourcing HR, finance, IT, or other business processes
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Strong customer relationship management and process optimization skills
• Strong business and service orientation, an analytical mindset, and a customer-focused approach
