Customer Success Manager

• Manage relationships with top-tier mobile game developers in Japan and China
• Act as an operational and technical liaison between Appcharge and publishers
• Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for publishers
• Support the launch and expansion of game publishers using Appcharge’s solutions

• 3+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry
• Fluency in Japanese and Mandarin with English fluency
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
