Trial Class Manager

• Deliver live online trial classes to children and their parents
• Learn about the child’s interests, prior experience, and family goals
• Build rapport with the child and parent
• Conduct a short practical activity using Kodland materials
• Recommend the most suitable educational program based on the child’s needs and interests
• Explain the program’s value and answer parent questions
• Handle hesitation and objections professionally
• Discuss enrollment and payment options and help the family make a decision
• Conduct approximately 60-minute sessions via Zoom
• Work with pre-booked trial classes assigned through Kodland systems; no self-sourcing of customers required
• Coordinate availability and schedule with the Team Leader
• Complete training, practical assessment, onboarding, and probation before working with real families

• Fluent Arabic and ability to communicate confidently and clearly
• Reliable laptop or PC with a working camera and microphone or headset
• Stable internet connection suitable for Zoom video calls
• Quiet, suitable workspace and willingness to use the camera while working
• Availability for an average of at least 25 hours per week during peak hours
• Availability to work at least one day during the weekend
• Comfortable communicating with children and parents
• Willingness to work in a performance- and sales-based environment
• English is not required; English knowledge is an additional advantage
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, Customer Success, Call Center, consulting, teaching, or training is an advantage but not required
• Previous experience working with children or parents is an advantage
• Previous remote-work experience and ability to organize your schedule independently is an advantage
