Senior Test Engineer – T24, Mortgage/Lending

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for banking applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Test and validate Temenos T24 core banking modules, emphasizing mortgage and lending products where applicable
• Verify end-to-end banking workflows, business processes, and system integrations across multiple applications
• Conduct API testing and backend data validation
• Validate BPMN/workflow-based processes and ensure seamless workflow execution
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business requirements into test scenarios
• Identify, log, track, and verify software defects through resolution using defect management tools
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support CI/CD and DevOps initiatives through continuous testing activities
• Work with development teams to improve product quality and reduce production defects
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics, and provide project stakeholder updates
• Support production releases and perform post-deployment validation when required
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and banking regulatory requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Banking products and process knowledge preferred
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Hands-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform; mortgage/lending preferred
• Hands-on testing experience with mortgage/lending products and SZHP-type government housing or subsidy schemes highly desirable
• Experience testing BPMN/workflow management systems and system integrations in a core-banking landscape
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Experience with API testing and data validation
