Airbnb Operations Manager

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage bookings and guest relations
• Respond to messages and manage check-ins and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the operation of their properties
• Manage and monitor activities through the ALB platform
• Potentially build a team of City Managers through the referral program
