Professional Education and Development Manager

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals, HCP influencers, and key accounts/customers
• Promote engagement with Alcon brands and provide clinical and technical information influencing prescribing behavior and decisions
• Provide education and technical support for key accounts and customers
• Execute international Professional Education and Development strategy adapted to local market priorities
• Deliver education content supporting new product launches and strategic brands
• Deliver generic/on-label education through face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels
• Implement pre-launch education and communication strategy and tactics
• Organize commercial advisory boards and round tables
• Support Alcon-owned and third-party congresses and trade conferences
• Develop sponsorship, booth, messaging, podium presentation, planning, communication, and PR activities
• Execute compliant professional communications and scientific amplification through social media, trade articles, email newsletters, and other channels
• Execute the thought leader and HCP influencer strategy
• Develop and manage relationships with HCP influencers, thought leaders, industry influencers, professors, organizations, associations, educational institutions, and researchers
• Provide clinical and technical support to marketing, sales, sales training, regulatory, legal, and communications teams
• Lead HCP advocacy for strategic activities based on customer insights

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Optometry required
• Minimum 5 years clinical/optical practice or industry experience
• Strong technical understanding and exposure to contact lens fitting and dry eye management
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality presentations
• Outstanding public speaking skills highly desirable
• People and internal stakeholder management skills preferred
