Medical Sales Representative, Nurse, Stoma Care Nurse

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with healthcare institutions
• Actively promote Livramedom’s services to prescribers and decision-makers
• Retain existing prescribers and identify new partners
• Take responsibility for patients referred by prescribers and provide personalized care at home
• Collect patient documents and enter information into Lomaco
• Monitor sector and competitor developments and report relevant information to regional management
• Produce regular reports and analyze results to recommend areas for improvement
• Organize and lead training sessions, clinical case meetings, and information meetings for medical and paramedical teams
• Contribute to the professional development of internal staff
• Support and educate patients in stoma care, urology, and wound healing
• Provide regular follow-up for patients and coordinate interventions with internal teams
• Ensure service quality and provide feedback to prescribing physicians
• Champion patient satisfaction and contribute to Livramedom’s reputation for excellence

• Nursing degree and/or experience as a registered nurse (RN) – required
• Clinical certificate in stoma care – required
• Minimum two- to three-year post-secondary qualification (BTS, BUT, professional bachelor’s degree) in business, management, healthcare, social sciences, humanities, or an equivalent field
• Experience as a stoma care nurse
• Excellent ability to develop partnerships, persuade, and retain prescribers and partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathy
• Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, report writing, and recommending areas for improvement
• Ability to organize and lead training sessions, clinical case meetings, and information meetings
• Expertise in patient education and personalized patient support
• Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and ability to promote patient satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to unexpected circumstances, and work as part of a team
• The position involves frequent business travel
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English would be an advantage
