Senior Full Stack Web Developer – Platform Solutions

• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services and responsive web applications
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and smooth integration with core systems
• Own the full software delivery lifecycle from technical planning and API design through testing, deployment, and production monitoring
• Refactor legacy code, reduce technical debt, and improve system reliability and maintainability
• Collaborate with the Principal Architect on architectural improvements
• Establish technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices
• Design and maintain secure REST APIs and microservices
• Support cross-functional teams with technical guidance and integrations
• Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing scalability, performance, and maintainability

• 5+ years of professional experience building and scaling web applications
• Strong knowledge of Symfony and React.js
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with API versioning and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with Docker
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, schema design, query optimization, and caching strategies
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Ability to translate product requirements and customer feedback into practical, scalable technical solutions
• Ability to manage tasks independently, solve problems proactively, and take responsibility for delivery from planning to production
