Implementation Consultant – Logistics Sector

• Execute SoftExpert Suite implementation projects for companies in the logistics, transportation, and warehousing sectors.
• Conduct surveys, analyses, and mapping of operational and logistics processes, taking into account the requirements and objectives defined for each project.
• Provide consulting services for process standardization, control, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Develop platform configurations aligned with business needs and the requirements identified within project scopes.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and follow-up activities related to the implemented solutions.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer on configured features and processes, supporting clients in adopting the solutions.

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
• Experience with software, ERP, or management system implementation projects.
• Technical knowledge of logistics and operational processes, SQL, REST/SOAP/API integrations, and business process mapping and management (BPM).
• Experience working on projects or providing services to companies in the logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution center sectors.
• Knowledge of or experience with production and logistics processes, traceability, and operational control.
• Experience with operational performance indicators, such as SLAs, productivity, and transportation performance.
• Advanced English and/or Spanish for work on projects requiring communication in these languages.
• Availability for project-related travel or commuting.
• 1–2 years, 2–4 years, or 5+ years of experience with software or management system implementation projects.
