DevOps Engineer

• Develop, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Build, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based applications
• Configure and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
• Improve operations and processes through automation
• Participate in on-call assignments and provide assistance when required
• Complete a live debugging session and technical interview during recruitment

• In-depth understanding of all DevOps processes
• Ability to take responsibility, ownership, and deliver on promises
• Ability to communicate asynchronously and synchronously
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot problems
• Solution-oriented, autonomous, proactive team-player working style
• Great interpersonal and communication skills in English
• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps
• Experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools
• Experience with Linux distributions and network infrastructure, particularly Ubuntu and Debian
• Experience with virtualization, containerization, and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud solutions and distributed systems
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration tools including Terraform and Ansible
• Experience monitoring infrastructures and applications, collecting, analyzing, and reporting system performance data using Grafana, Mimir, and Loki
• Experience with database management, including Postgres and Redis
• Experience being on-call
• Proficiency in English
