Senior GTM Strategy – Ops Program Manager

• Own commercial programs end to end: scope, plan, launch, and measure outcomes
• Translate strategy, data, and cross-functional input into plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Align stakeholders around shared goals and provide alternatives when capacity or priorities conflict
• Hold owners accountable for deadlines and metrics, including senior leaders
• Size initiatives and track results with data
• Coordinate across RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Turn commercial priorities into measurable programs and business results

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, sales or revenue operations, strategy and operations, or a related field
• Track record of owning programs end to end, with measurable results and process improvements
• Experience managing several projects of different size and complexity simultaneously
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency is required
• Excellent organization and documentation habits, including plans, status reporting, and risk management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to senior leaders
• Experience in SaaS or retail is a bonus, not required
• Competence in SQL or scripting is a bonus, not required
• Familiarity with Agile methods, sprint planning, and Jira is a bonus, not required
• Familiarity with CRM and sales systems such as Salesforce is a bonus, not required
• Experience working in a global environment across cultures is a bonus, not required
