Accounting Analyst

• Perform manual bookkeeping and accounting classification or import data from spreadsheets
• Reconcile accounts
• Complete financial statement closing procedures
• Analyze financial statements
• Prepare and file SPED ECD and ECF
• Contact clients to answer questions and provide guidance
• Manage profit distributions to partners
• Prepare income reports
• Take responsibility for filing accounting declarations
• Assist in preparing financial statements and trial balances
• Prepare management controls and reports
• Request documents from clients
• Coordinate the accounting function with other departments

• Experience with the Domínio system and its automation features for Simples Nacional companies
• Experience working at an accounting firm
• Experience serving clients under the Simples Nacional tax regime, both with and without the R Factor
• If graduated, an active CRC registration is required
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire for professional growth
• Degree in or currently pursuing Accounting (preferred)
• 5–10 years of professional experience
• Experience with SPED ECD and ECF
• Knowledge of Onvio, Sieg, and Windows systems
• Knowledge of integrating other departments with Accounting
• Availability to work full-time
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
