Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

• Deliver live 90-150 minute sessions, mostly online, using session designs and written briefs prepared by Programme Scientists
• Prepare from the written brief at least five working days before each session
• Facilitate structured practice, small-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching
• Manage varied participant dynamics, including sceptical senior participants and groups that prefer debate over practice
• Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours of every session
• Participate in accreditation before the first client session and remain open to observation and feedback
• Potentially provide follow-up coaching to the same group based on seniority and ability

• 5-10 years of substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting
• Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups, keeping cameras on and energy up, and handling session mechanics
• Comfortable delivering material you did not write while following a required structure
• Skilled at running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults
• Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session notes
• Fluent, credible professional English and comfort with senior audiences
• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures
• Desirable: coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one and group work
• Desirable: additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language
• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design
• Must be eligible to work in the country where currently residing without sponsorship/visa

• Preparation time is paid within the session fee
• Paid accreditation before the first client session
• Accreditation session paid at half the standard session fee
• Fees paid per session, invoiced on delivery, on 30-day terms
• Cancellations inside five working days are paid in full
