Field Service Technician, Rostock

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area
• Taking on on-call duty to provide customers with rapid support
• Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC/plumbing technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
• Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel
• Technical aptitude and an interest in heating solutions
